The DAP at Hannover Messe: Prof Schleifenbaum on 3D Printing Onsite Parts Production
In today’s industry, most spare parts are manufactured during production, stored for decades and eventually disposed of. When a part is needed, it is often shipped individually by air to the workshop at its destination – a process that is far from sustainable.
Our Chair Director Prof. Johannes Henrich Schleifenbaum, will be joined by other experts to discuss how the safe, on-site production of spare parts using 3D printing – even with untrusted partners – can benefit both the environment and consumers.
Join us and learn more about the potential of 3D printing in sustainable spare parts production!
